UK Shipping We offer two shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping — Free on orders over £40. A small fee applies on orders under £40.
- Express Shipping — £2.99, delivered faster for when you need it quick.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Free Shipping Threshold Spend £40 or more in a single order and standard UK shipping is on us — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping — US & Canada We ship to the US and Canada via Royal Mail International. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, though customs processing may add additional time.
Please note: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We're not able to predict or cover these costs.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Check your dispatch email for your tracking number and link.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at g.b.p.england@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
